About Me

I'm a Level 4 Elite Personal Trainer, registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals. I hold degree level qualifications and my knowledge and experience has been gained through 25 years of training in different aspects of the fitness industry.
A bit about my past
I've always been a keen cyclist, both on and off the road. In 2009 I set a record for the fastest non-stop return cycle of the Leeds and Liverpool Canal (255 miles across the Pennines and back). As of today the record still stands. I was also awarded the 'Most Hardcore Land's End to John o' Groats Biker' award in 2010 after battling through the worst rain and gales for seventeen years, cycling 1000 miles the length of the country, alone and unsupported in eight days. I've competed in several major events including 10k races and half marathons. Nowadays I cycle for fun and concentrate my efforts on my clients.
