The vast majority of people I can help live too far away to come training with me. But don't let that stop you! I offer the same level of service through my online personal training as I do in person. I've successfully trained clients all over the world and I can help you to achieve your goals!

How It Works
The process is the same as that offered to clients who come to see me in person except that consultations are done by Skype or telephone. We'll discuss your exercise history, goals, habits and a range of other topics. The answers will help me to design your bespoke plan of exercise and nutrition to help you realise your goals and unlock your potential.

Staying Motivated
As soon as your workout and nutrition plans are ready, they'll be uploaded to your personal training app. You can access this app through any PC, Mac, IOS or Android device. Take the app everywhere you go and track your workouts as you complete them. I'm here to help, you can text or email me whenever you need support.

Progressing
As we move you closer to your goals, your programme will progress to ensure you're getting 100%. All of your body changes and exercise progressions are recorded so that you can see exactly how well you're doing.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long before I start to see results?
It really depends on how much you put into each session and how often you work out. It also varies depending on your diet. My clients usually begin to feel the difference after the first week and go on to see visible changes between two and four weeks.
Will I need access to a gym or my own gym equipment?
Not necessarily. Your personalised plan will be based on your goals and the equipment you have available to you. I can develop plans where you don't need to go near a gym, so don't worry if you don't have access to any equipment. You'll be able to work out at home, work, or even away on your holidays!
What is the cost in comparison to regular personal training?
This is where online training has an advantage. Due to the lower costs involved, online training is drastically lower cost than regular personal training. On average, it costs about half to train online than to see us in person. Even better is that you don't lose any of the benefits. You still get unlimited access to our knowledge, support and motivation.
How much time do I need to train?
Your availability is taken into account when I do your initial consultation. Your plan will be developed based on the time you have. Everyone has time constraints, but whether you have two hours a day or two hours a week to spare, I will find a way to make it work for you.
I have some health issues that may affect my ability to exercise. Will this stop me from training?
Not necessarily. You'll be asked to complete a short questionnaire about any health problems and your current lifestyle, but this will not necessarily stop you from exercising. If you are unsure about whether you should start a training program, please ask me.
