"I did a Google search for local personal trainers and looked at a few websites, including yours. Compared to the others I had looked at, you immediately came across as a very down to earth person. Your website did not bombard me with lots of courses or different types of training. It emphasised that training was tailor made to what I as an individual want to achieve, not what you wanted me to achieve, two very different things. That, to me, was important as I want to be treated as an individual with my own needs and targets. You listened to what it was I wanted to get out of my training and designed a package to help me achieve that."
What is it about training with me that keeps you motivated?
"The training can be hard sometimes, but if i'm going to achieve my goals it has to be. The sessions are always fun, interesting and varied. I always learn something new from every session. Plus, with your method of training, you are not just a personal trainer but I feel you are like my individual training partner. You are committed to giving your best, this is evident every time I train with you. That' what makes the sessions enjoyable for me, and that's what keeps me motivated to work hard."
You've been training with me for over a year now. Has it been what you expected?
"The training has not been what I expected, IT'S BEEN BETTER! I feel I have achieved so much more than just doing my own thing at the gym. I am fitter than I have ever been, have more stamina, and I have made gains in muscle and body shape. Plus, I have been introduced to weight training and running, two things that I never thought would have interested me or be possible for me to do and enjoy doing! I have also changed my eating and diet habits permanently for the better. The whole experience has been so much more than I ever thought it would be. It's given me confidence in my own ability and made me feel happier in myself at the gym and in general."
